Forms should be easy to complete and submit. It’s essential f.ex to turn leads into conversions or to subscribe to newsletters and get more users engaged.

Steps

  1. Put a focus on submitting action. Make “Send” button a primary action. Inline copy with the main purpose of a form. It can be “Subscribe” if it is a newsletter form or “Contact us” if it’s a contact form.

  2. Loader. Show that users’ form is actually being submitted.

  3. Confirm message When all went well, show a successful message confirming that the form is submitted.

  4. Errors. Prepare for different kinds of errors. The global one, if something went wrong while submitting a form. Form one, if users provide wrong information in input fields f.ex wrong email format.
