UX writing is not copywriting. It's not about writing ads, blog posts, marketing copy or poems. UX writing is interface copy. It needs to explain what features do, and tells a user what action will occur by interacting with that element.
[ ] Use specific verbs whenever possible
Avoid using generic verbs like manage or configure and use more meaningful ones.
[ ] Avoid long blocks of text or structure it better
When you need to have a long block of text try to make it scannable. Use white space for easy scanning. Use structural elements like titles, subtitles. Highlight list items out of paragraphs.
